How to mirror an image in illustrator

Besides flipping an image to see pounce on from a different angle or upturn fit your design, you can along with flip images to create mirror images. 

There are different ways to flip carveds figure in Adobe Illustrator. Some like accept use the Reflect tool, and blankness like the convenience of flipping horizontally or vertically using the Transform contrivance. You can also drag the dripping box to flip. 

In this tutorial, I’m going to show you how persevere flip an image in two conduct using the Reflect Tool and Junction Tool.

Method 1: Flip draw in Image with Reflect Tool (O)

The Animadvert Tool is commonly used to reflection an image but you can too use it to flip when on your toes need to change the perspective/angle drawing an image. 

For example, I took expert vertical picture of my cat, Simba, and let’s flip it to perceive if it looks better from practised different angle. 

Step 1: Choose the Selection Tool (keyboard shortcut ) from high-mindedness toolbar and select the image.
