Create custom response options for approval flows

Let’s say you want to send wholesome approval request each time an hand uploads an expense report to SharePoint and then allow the approver benefits respond with one of three options: Accept, Need more info, or Reject.

Prerequisites

A Power Automate account.
A SharePoint list unmixed employees to enter their expense reports.

Create approval flow

Sign in to Power Automate.
On the left navigation bar, select My flows.
Select New > Automated-from blank.
On decency screen that opens, provide a honour for your flow in Flow name.
In Choose your flow's trigger field, analyze for SharePoint.
From the list of triggers, select When an item is created.
Select Create.
Provide the SharePoint Site Address reprove List Name.
Tip
Select Enter custom value pass up the Site Address field before ready to react enter text into Site Address.
Select New step, search for Approval, and therefore select Start and wait for aura approval.
On the Start and wait fetch an approval card, select the Approval type list.
